Marty at NGC

To NGC Membership:  

My name is Marty Malone and I will be your chef and caterer for the 2008 golf season. I have been a food service manager for over twenty years. I have worked for the Hilton Hotel, Norfolk Golf Club, Sodexho USA and many local restaurants. It is a great honor to add The Needham Golf Club to my resume.

I would like to thank the members of the search committee and the board of governors for their confidence in me. The food served at Needham Golf Club will be prepared on site with the freshest ingredients and served with care. In addition to a high quality of products and expanded hours of service, in 2008 you can look forward to a new grill room menu, daily specials and special events such as Easter and Mothers day brunch, pasta night and cook outs, to name a few.

As your chef, I will be available for all your catering needs; business meetings, bridal showers, holiday parties, weddings or reunions your club and chef are at your service,
