SUBJECT:      Slate of Officers and Directors Nominated for 2009 

Our committee has completed the process of selecting, under Article III, Section 3 of the Needham Golf Club bylaws, a slate of nominees to serve as officers (4) and committee chairpersons/directors (7) for the 2009 season here at Needham Golf Club.

This letter, which includes our proposed slate, is being posted at conspicuous places in the Clubhouse, as required under the above article and section.  The slate will be presented to the membership for a vote (by Class 1 and Class 2 members) at the annual meeting, to be held on November 15th.  Together, the four club officers and the seven committee chairpersons/directors make up the eleven members of the Board of Governors of the Club.
